I'm pretty sure that it was Sony who created and first used the terms 'Cross-Buy' (for Vita & PS3) and 'Cross-Play' although they failed to trademark them. So for Microsoft to be lecturing Sony doesn't reflect well on them.

@choujij. Yes Rise of The Tomb Raider is 1080p, but it is silly to criticise Konami for not achieving the same with Metal Gear Solid The Phantom Pain, because it's like comparing apples with oranges. MGS:TPP might have more detail (higher frame rate, polygons, shading and other effects) that ROTR doesn't. In fact any basic retro 2D game can achieve 1080p 60fps on Xbox One because it is less demanding on the system.
The problem comes from the game shown at the reveal being different from what the final product will be.
The initial reveal seemed to suggest a sequel to Fable 3. A single player game that could be played with friends. It then had the PvP emphasised, Then the late reveal (over one year after launch) that it would be a Free-to-play game with microtransations and payments necessary to keep playing the character class you want!
